Winter Villains are a new band based in Cardiff, south Wales. They play eclectic, experimental, orchestral music and include four singers, a variety of instruments and a rotating cast of string musicians to play the songs live. Before the band had played a gig, they received the kind support of Bethan Elfyn, Jen Long and Adam Walton at BBC Radio Wales and Tom Robinson on Radio 6. Through 2011, Winter Villains will be recording material for their debut release with Cardiff based producer Charlie Francis, and regularly gigging their songs to whoever wants to listen.
