Internet is the best thing ever created. Thanks to this amazing tool I uncovered Subgun, artist name of Yuriy Sas, an Ukrainian producers living in Lviv. I’d like you to enjoy his song “Step Of Drum”, which is the one song that got my attention among all the other great track he released. I first heard about him on his collab with Kexx on the song “Carnival” that I’ve uploaded a week ago.
On top of his 16 years, the music career of this guy is pretty recent. His first releases on Soundcloud are about two months ago and yet, he’s been dropping some really neat tracks. Dipping mostly into dubstep and electro, the quality of his songs keep impressing me. As a promoter, I come across a lot of producers and seldom are young artists capable to lend such an attention to every dimension of their song. As a matter of fact, I will definitely stalk him from now on as this guy is the type that have a successful path to walk on.
If you still haven’t heard his collab with Kexx, his remix of Black Mill’s song “Evil Beauty” or his original remix of Іво Бобул (Ivo Wobble), you are definitely missing something. Hopefully, you are now listening to another one of his great release, “Step Of Drum”!

This song is amazing! 🙂 And I agree with the guy below me. I’m afraid of this growing genre to get too mainstream like dubstep…
i do too but then again i dont want what happend to dubstep to happen to this, that is this go mainstream and start having usher do these kind of songs…… at least we would get a good beat then

Hahaha the only reason is because there’s not enough drumstep track in our library to create this category. That being said, you’re right, I’ll put drumstep in the title 😉

I agree with Ika in that this soundbar should be used for Dubstep tracks, but the other one should be used for DnB and Electro. Hopefully that’s not too much to ask?

well im for DnB style but…. if i have to choose then i dont know what to choose cuz this is not bad Dubstep and The orchestral DnB is my style too but the “MASSIVE” kinda let me down a bit :D. So idk both are amazing ;D.-Ika 🙂

songs are not made by me. Most beginners will use FL Studio (but some very
popular artists still use that software) but if you want to go somehow
farther, I suggest softwares like Ableton Live and Steinberg Cubase. There
are some other DAWs out there but I never used them. Not to mention I don’t
have a mac so I don’t know mac based DAWs
