A native of Montreal, FancyFhreek’s Martin draws inspiration from a group of Dj’s and producers that includes Plastikman, Sven Väth, Deep Dish, Carl Cox, and Misstress Barbara, all of whom possess styles that have found their way into his sets. A personal friend of The BBC Music’s founder, FancyFhreek adds to our library bringing his chilled Electro, House and Minimal vibes.

Since 2005, Fancyfhreek has been manipulating vinyl and CDJ’s. You can see him play at many trendy places in Montreal like Piknic électronique, festival Osheaga, Festival Panorama (Dj, organisator, communication and artistic director), S.A.T., Salon Daomé, Terrasse bonsecourt and many more. He is currently a resident at Circus Afterhours as well as Salon Pearl, where he also serves as manager, booker and promoter.

Fancyfhreek plays with a lot of renowned Dj’s and producers like : Pheek, Paco Osuna, Round Table knights, Major Lazer, Mossa, Tony Rohr, Robert De La Gauthier, Someone Else, Stephen Beaupré, Felix DaHouse Cat, Billy Dalessandro and Matheo Murphy just to name a few.
