The following terms and conditions govern all use of TheBBCMusic.com (“BBC”, “BBC-MG”, “BBC Music Group” and all other commercial denomination) website and all content, services and products available at or through the website, including, but not limited to, the BBC-NewWorld.com networks. The Website is owned and operated by BBC New World ® 2011 (“BBC”, “BBC-NW” and all other commercial denominations). The Website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by BBC (collectively, the “Agreement”).

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2. Use License

  3. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by “The BBC Music” at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

  • “The BBC Music”, “BBC New World” and all other products, services and materials of BBC New World ® 2011 are not tied, linked or affiliated with the British Broadcasting Corporation (bbc.co.uk). We have a written authorization that grant us the right to us the initials “BBC” as those three letters are merely the initials of the founder, Bastien Bournet-Charrier.

4. Limitations

In no event shall “The BBC Music” or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on “The BBC Music”‘s Internet site, even if “The BBC Music” or a “The BBC Music” authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
